Our Apprentice Program provides further structure and development for your personal teaching. Apprenticeship within our Yoga Teacher Training programs create a progressive sequence of learning opportunities to further develop your skills as a yoga student and teacher while providing space for personal growth.
Donation Based Online Yoga Classes
We welcome you to join us for free yoga classes offered online. These classes include classical hatha yoga practices including asana, breathing and meditation, as well as theory classes of the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita.
