Yoga Sutra Class

Tuesday Mornings 9:15-10:45am PST: Join the ongoing Yoga Sutra study class started by Baba Hari Dass in the 1970's. Includes chanting, reading of commentaries, meditation and discussion.


Bhagavad Gita Class

Thursday mornings 9:15-10:30am PST: Ongoing Mount Madonna Bhagavad Gita class, started by Baba Hari Dass in the 1980's. Class includes chanting of Gita verses, meditation, and sharing of insight and discussion.


Yoga Practices with Kamalesh

An all-level practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Join Tuesday 7am PST and/or Thursday 6am PST for an hour of practice and 15 minutes of discussion.


Yantra Making

Sundays 9-9:45am PST: Learn the ancient practice of yantra (mandala) making. Using Baba Hari Dass’ yantra drawings we will explore the creation, symbolism, and meanings of these highly structured designs. All levels of experience welcome, even if you have never done any drawing or painting before.



Sundays 10-10:45 AM PST. Is there a story you heart is wanting to unfold? Come explore storytelling through the reading of Baba Hari Dass’ story as told in his autobiography Path Unfolds. We will share insights that we can apply to our life story, our practice and our aspirations.



Sundays 11-11:45am PST: Learn how to sing, lead, and play percussive and other accompaniments to this ancient practice of devotional singing together — a satsang of opening AND healing the voice and heart. Our focus will be on traditional songs from Mount Madonna yoga retreats and the book "Wings Of Breath".
