Thursday mornings 9:15-10:30am PDT: Ongoing Mount Madonna Bhagavad Gītā class, started by Baba Hari Dass in the 1980's. Class includes chanting of Gītā verses, meditation, and sharing of insight and discussion.

Yoga Practices with Kamalesh

An all-level practice of āsana, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. Join Tuesdays &/or Thursdays 7-8:15am PDT for an hour of practice and 15 minutes of discussion.

Sanskṛit: Sacred Language of Yoga Pronunciation

Every second and fourth Monday of the month from 3- 4:30pm PDT: Practice the sounds of the Sanskṛit alphabet through mantras, prayers, verses of traditional texts, or devotional singing. No experience required.
