Join Kamalesh in an examination of the relationship of the sister-sciences. Learn to apply the principles of Ayurveda throughout the ancient eight-limbed science of yoga. Use yoga science to tailor your personal practice as well as your yoga classes to address specific emotional and physical needs. Dive into the philosophies that support both yoga and Ayurveda and make them relevant to daily life.
The weekend will be highly experiential with classes in asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation threaded throughout the theory.
The workshop begins at dinner on Friday evening and ends at lunch on Sunday.
This program is a stepping stone towards our upcoming Ayurveda Yoga Therapy certification program.
Pre-requisite: YTT 200-hour certificate or equivalent.
