Join Kamalesh, friends and our Advanced Yoga Study (YTT 300) students for an in-person exploration into the biomechanics of asana. This Labor Day weekend workshop is designed for folks who have completed a YTT 200 or are long-term practitioners with an interest in anatomy and kinesiology.
Perhaps you aren’t ready to commit to the whole YTT 300 program, but you’d like to spend a long weekend in a hands-on experience diving into the idiosyncrasies of the physical body.

Tuition Information
Tuition: $435*
Paid in full at the time of registration.
*Total does not include Meals and Lodging. See Meals & Lodging options for additional fees not included in the total tuition costs. Minimum of $66 per day Commuter Rate for all students that choose to come on site for classes.
Refund Policy:
Refund available minus $75.00 cancellation fee if course is dropped prior to 48 hours before course start date.
No refund available if course is dropped within 48 hours of start date, or after course has started.
