Magda Méndez

Headshot Magda

My name is Magda. I have been teaching yoga for the past 5 years and I have a deep desire to help others. While living in Santa Cruz County for many years, I was blessed to be able to do my YTT at Mount Madonna Center. I love teaching Flow classes because of the interplay between control and surrender and the result of balance/symmetry that a participant can sense. Although at times quiet and shy, I have a funny sense of humor, so be prepared to laugh a lot during class. Yoga, for me, has become an integral aspect of my daily life and I am looking forward to share and meet you on the Live Online Studio.

Nadia Guizar

Headshot Nadia

My name is Nadia and I am originally from Los Angeles now living in Oakland. I love the Bay area and cannot live without nature. I got into Yoga while living in New Delhi, India in my early 20's and haven't looked back ever since. During the start of the Pandemic, I decided I wanted to get my Yoga certification. I wanted to get my Ayurvedic Practitioner license but I started with my 200 hour yoga certification. I was hooked on Mount Madonna and immediately followed it with a 300 hour yoga certification and then by a 200 hour YTT mentorship. Teaching to learn more about the process of Yoga, my students and myself is the most rewarding experiences I've had.
