Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Student Clinic

In-Person Consultations April 26-30, 2023

What is Yoga Therapy?

What is Yoga Therapy? Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to take charge of their overall health and well-being through the use of yoga practices, primarily from both the ashtanga & hatha yoga systems. Our program, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, is unique in that the principles of Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) are applied throughout the therapeutic process. We tailor our recommendations to you personally… your time-of-life, your lifestyle, your physical capacity and how much time you have to dedicate to a practice.

Personalized Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Consultations

Yoga Therapy can help with:

  • Chronic Pain (low back, arthritis, PMS, fibromyalgia)
  • Neurological Issues (Parkinsons, stroke, MS)
  • Mental Health (stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia)
  • Healthy Aging (osteopenia, osteoporosis, balance & fall prevention)

Is your yoga practice working for you? If you don’t have a personal yoga practice, would you like to start one? Do you simply need suggestions on a few poses to heal from an injury? Would you like a couple of breathing practices to make it through menopause? Would you like to improve your digestion? Do you want to take a healthier approach to aging? Would you like some practical ways to handle stress? Are you feeling that your outer life is out-of-step with your inner self?

Work with a student in their last year of our Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy program to take a deep look into your emotional and physical health and tailor a set of recommendations to meet your current needs.
