Foundations of Ayurveda
Foundations of Ayurveda
Courses in this program may be applied towards the Ayurvedic Health Counselor certificate.
Immerse yourself in the ancient wisdom and foundational principles, history, and philosophy of Ayurvedic medicine.
Goals & Aims
The Foundations of Ayurveda courses are open to anyone who is interested in learning about Ayurveda. Each topic or course can be studied on its own, though our AY 101 Introduction to Ayurveda is recommended as a way to learn the primary concepts that are built upon in subsequent courses.
Each course focuses on a unique aspect of Ayurveda. Learn, discuss, and take away practical applications of these subjects that can be practiced in daily life. Professionals can take courses to deepen their knowledge base and expand their skill sets.
