Join us for an integrative weekend in the coastal redwoods as we explore the balance of opposites.

Access the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda and the modern evolution of Depth Psychology to connect more deeply with self, other and a radiant sense of well-being.

The weekend will include group yoga practice, lecture, and introspective activities. Enjoy vegetarian meals, 365 acres of redwood forest trails, and the quiet sanctuary of time away from the busyness of life. Option for bodywork and Ayurvedic Consultations available.

The growing polarity of our modern lives is undeniable. Yet polarity is a universal component of the human experience, and through deep listening we can access lasting transformation.

About the Presenters:

Husband and wife Sean and Darcy are both devotees of the healing arts.

Sean Neesley, BA (Psychology), E-RYT 500, is currently the course leader of Mount Madonna Institute’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. He is also an avid rock climber and enjoys the adventurous nature of exploring the outer world as thoroughly as the inner. Darcy Cavanaugh LMT, RYT500, AHC is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Sean and Darcy are current students at Pacifica Graduate Institute and serve their communities as Marriage and Family Therapist Trainees with a focus in depth psychology.
