Ayurvedic Home Remedies

Jul 28 - 30, 2017

Provide healing support for yourself, your family, and your friends! Learn how natural home remedies can improve overall health and often prevent common physical, emotional and seasonal imbalances.

This weekend you will discover how to turn an ordinary kitchen into a home pharmacy by discovering the healing properties of cooking herbs, and by using culinary spices and kitchen ingredients to address common ailments for all members of the family, children and adults alike.

You will learn how to understand and help alleviate conditions such as fever, skin rashes, digestive problems, hyperacidity, headaches, colds, flu and coughs, insomnia, joint pain, and PMS and menopausal distress - economically and without harmful side-affects.

Dr. Manisha will include hands-on practical demonstrations, and also share “easy to do” recipes for skin & beauty, and important first aid tips for the home.
