Applications for the College of Ayurveda
College of Ayurveda
Thank you for your interest in Mount Madonna Institute College of Ayurveda. We are currently accepting applications for all programs listed below. The next Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) program begins in 2023. The next Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) program and Master of Arts degree in Ayurveda (MA-Ay) begins September 2022.
Ayurvedic Health Counselor
Admissions Requirements:
Prerequisite:
- 4 college level credits of Anatomy and Physiology
Recommended:
- Attend at least one Open House
Ayurvedic Practitioner
Admissions Requirements:
Prerequisite:
- Successful completion of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) program required.
- If the student completed their AHC elsewhere, they must successfully pass the NAMA Board Exam or the MMI Final Exam at the AHC level.
- 6 College Credits of Anatomy and Physiology (2 additional credits above the AHC level)
Recommended:
- Attend at least one Open House
- BA or BS from an accredited institution
- NAMA AHC Professional Membership
Master of Arts-Ayurveda Degree Program
Admissions Requirements:
Prerequisite:
- BA/BS from an accredited institution
- 6 College credits of Anatomy & Physiology
- Successful completion of the Ayurvedic Health Counselor program required.
- If the student completed their AHC elsewhere, they must successfully pass the NAMA Board Exam or the MMI Final Exam at the AHC level.
- If the student is currently enrolled in the AHC program at Mount Madonna Institute and in good standing academically, they may continue into the MA program.
