These Terms and Conditions, including all documents referenced herein, represent the entire understanding between Mount Madonna Institute and you regarding your use of this Site and supersede any prior statements or representations. The Site's Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is made a part hereof. Access to and use of this Site is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Materials

Materials on this Site (including those streamed or downloaded from the Site), including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, music, videos, long form programs, user interfaces, logos and trademarks, along with the overall "look and feel" of the Site (collectively referred to as the "Material"), are owned or licensed by Mount Madonna Institute and are protected under various intellectual property laws.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected by Mount Madonna Institute and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Mount Madonna Institute will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data. We do not collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. If you opt in, we may from time to time share your mailing list information with kindred third party organizations.

Refunds and Cancellations

Should MMI have to cancel classes, courses, workshops or events for any reason a full refund will be offered. Should a student have to cancel participation in a Diploma, Certificate, or Masters Program, a refund will given of tuition which has been paid beyond what is due for whatever part of the Program has been attended. Charges for reserved meals and lodging must be collected unless the cancellation of the reservation is made at least one week in advance, in which case there is only a $50 administrative fee.

Institute History

Mount Madonna Center (www.mountmadonna.org), a non-profit educational institution, was founded in 1978, providing yoga, ayurveda, and various other personal growth programs to the public. In 2006, Mount Madonna Institute (www.MountMadonnaInstitute.org), another non-profit educational institution was founded to provide professional trainings and certifications in those and other areas. The first student body entered in January 2007, and since then highly successful programs have graduated many classes of certified practitioners in the Institute’s sub-areas.

Changes to our Policy

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and should this occur the amendment would be posted on our website.
